2Having found a ship crossing over to Phoenicia, we went aboard, and set sail.Ac 27:6 Jon 1:3
3When we had come in sight of Cyprus, leaving it on the left hand, we sailed to Syria, and landed at Tyre, for there the ship was to unload her cargo.Ac 21:16 Ac 4:36 Ac 11:19 Ac 13:4 Ac 15:39 Ac 27:4
4Having found disciples, we stayed there seven days. These said to Paul through the Spirit, that he should not go up to Jerusalem.Ac 19:1 Mt 10:11 2Ti 1:17
5When it happened that we had accomplished the days, we departed and went on our journey. They all, with wives and children, brought us on our way until we were out of the city. Kneeling down on the beach, we prayed.Ac 15:3 Ac 17:10 Ac 20:38
6After saying goodbye to each other, we went on board the ship, and they returned home again.2Co 2:13
7When we had finished the voyage from Tyre, we arrived at Ptolemais. We greeted the brothers, and stayed with them one day.Ac 21:19 Ac 18:22 Ac 25:13 1Sa 10:4 1Sa 13:10 Mt 5:47 Heb 13:24
8On the next day, we, who were Paul`s companions, departed, and came to Caesarea. We entered into the house of Philip the evangelist, who was one of the seven, and stayed with him.Ac 16:10 Ac 16:13 Ac 16:16 Ac 20:6 Ac 20:13 Ac 27:1 Ac 28:11 Ac 28:16
9Now this man had four virgin daughters, who prophesied.1Co 7:25-34 1Co 7:38-34
10As we stayed there some days, a certain prophet, named Agabus, came down from Judea.Ac 21:4 Ac 21:7 Ac 20:16
11Coming to us, and taking Paul`s belt, he bound his own feet and hands, and said, "Thus says the Holy Spirit: `So will the Jews at Jerusalem bind the man who owns this belt, and will deliver him into the hands of the Gentiles.`"1Sa 15:27 1Sa 15:28 1Ki 11:29-31 2Ki 13:15-19 Jer 13:1-11 Jer 19:10 Jer 19:11 Ezk 24:19-25 Hos 12:10
12When we heard these things, both we and they of that place begged him not to go up to Jerusalem.Ac 21:4 Ac 20:22 Mt 16:21-23
13Then Paul answered, "What are you doing, weeping and breaking my heart? For I am ready not only to be bound, but also to die at Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus."1Sa 15:14 Isa 3:15 Ezk 18:2 Jon 1:6

16Some of the disciples from Caesarea also went with us, bringing one Mnason of Cyprus, an early disciple, with whom we would stay.Ac 21:8 Ac 10:24 Ac 10:48

20They, when they heard it, glorified God. 21They have been informed about you, that you teach all the Jews who are among the Gentiles to forsake Moses, telling them not to circumcise their children neither to walk after the customs.Ac 6:13 Ac 6:14 Ac 16:3 Ac 28:17 Ro 14:1-6 1Co 9:19-21 Ga 5:1-6 Ga 6:12-15
22What then? The assembly must certainly meet, for they will hear that you have come.Ac 15:12 Ac 15:22 Ac 19:32
23Therefore do what we tell you. We have four men who have a vow on them.Ac 18:18 Nm 6:2-7
24Take them, and purify yourself with them, and pay their expenses for them, that they may shave their heads. 25But concerning the Gentiles who believe, we have written our decision that they should observe no such thing, except that they should keep themselves from food offered to idols, from blood, from strangled things, and from sexual immorality."Ac 15:20 Ac 15:29
26Then Paul took the men, and the next day, purified himself and went with them into the temple, declaring the fulfillment of the days of purification, until the offering was offered for every one of them.1Co 9:20
27When the seven days were almost completed, the Jews from Asia, when they saw him in the temple, stirred up all the multitude and laid hands on him,Ac 24:18
28crying out, "Men of Israel, help! This is the man who teaches all men everywhere against the people, and the law, and this place. Moreover, he also brought Greeks into the temple, and has defiled this holy place!"Ac 19:26-28 Ac 24:5 Ac 24:6
29For they had seen Trophimus, the Ephesian, with him in the city, and they supposed that Paul had brought him into the temple.Ac 20:4 2Ti 4:20
30All the city was moved, and the people ran together. They seized Paul and dragged him out of the temple. Immediately the doors were shut.Ac 16:20-22 Ac 19:29 Ac 26:21 Mt 2:3 Mt 21:10
31As they were trying to kill him, news came up to the commanding officer of the regiment that all Jerusalem was in an uproar.Ac 22:22 Ac 26:9 Ac 26:10 Jn 16:2 2Co 11:23-33
32Immediately he took soldiers and centurions, and ran down to them. They, when they saw the chief captain and the soldiers, stopped beating Paul.Ac 23:23 Ac 23:24

34Some shouted one thing, some another, among the crowd. When he couldn`t find out the truth because of the noise, he commanded him to be brought into the barracks.Ac 19:32
35When he came to the stairs, it happened that he was carried by the soldiers because of the violence of the crowd;Gn 6:11 Gn 6:12 Ps 55:9 Ps 58:2 Jer 23:10 Hab 1:2 Hab 1:3
36for the multitude of the people followed after, crying out, "Away with him!"Ac 7:54 Ac 22:22 Lk 23:18 Jn 19:15 1Co 4:13
37As Paul was about to be brought into the barracks, he asked the commanding officer, "May I say something to you?" He said, "Do you know Greek?Ac 21:19 Ac 19:30 Mt 10:18-20 Lk 21:15
38Aren`t you then the Egyptian, who before these days stirred up to sedition and led out into the wilderness the four thousand men of the Assassins?"Ac 5:36 Ac 5:37 Mt 5:11 1Co 4:13
39But Paul said, "I am a Jew, from Tarsus in Cilicia, a citizen of no insignificant city. I beg you, allow me to speak to the people."Ac 9:11 Ac 9:30 Ac 22:3 Ac 23:34
40When he had given him permission, Paul, standing on the stairs, beckoned with his hand to the people. When there was a great silence, he spoke to them in the Hebrew language, saying,Ac 21:35 2Ki 9:13
