Three years reigned he in Jerusalem: and his mother`s name was Micaiah the daughter of Uriel of Gibeah. There was war between Abijah and Jeroboam.2Ch 11:20
Abijah joined battle with an army of valiant men of war, even four hundred thousand chosen men: and Jeroboam set the battle in array against him with eight hundred thousand chosen men, who were mighty men of valor.1Sa 17:1-3
Abijah stood up on Mount Zemaraim, which is in the hill-country of Ephraim, and said, Hear me, Jeroboam and all Israel:Gn 10:18 Jsh 18:22
Ought you not to know that Yahweh, the God of Israel, gave the kingdom over Israel to David forever, even to him and to his sons by a covenant of salt?Ne 5:9 Pr 1:29 2Pe 3:5
Yet Jeroboam the son of Nebat, the servant of Solomon the son of David, rose up, and rebelled against his lord.2Ch 10:19 1Ki 11:26 1Ki 12:20 1Ki 12:27

Now you think to withstand the kingdom of Yahweh in the hand of the sons of David; and you are a great multitude, and there are with you the golden calves which Jeroboam made you for gods.2Ch 9:8 Ps 2:1-6 Isa 7:6 Isa 7:7 Isa 9:6 Isa 9:7 Lk 19:14 Lk 19:27
Haven`t you driven out the priests of Yahweh, the sons of Aaron, and the Levites, and made you priests after the manner of the peoples of [other] lands? so that whoever comes to consecrate himself with a young bull and seven rams, the same may be a priest of [those who are] no gods.2Ch 11:14 2Ch 11:15
But as for us, Yahweh is our God, and we have not forsaken him; and [we have] priests ministering to Yahweh, the sons of Aaron, and the Levites in their work:2Ch 11:16 2Ch 11:17 Ex 19:5 Ex 19:6 Zc 13:9
and they burn to Yahweh every morning and every evening burnt offerings and sweet incense: the show bread also [set they] in order on the pure table; and the lampstand of gold with the lamps of it, to burn every evening: for we keep the charge of Yahweh our God; but you have forsaken him.2Ch 2:4 Ex 29:38
Behold, God is with us at our head, and his priests with the trumpets of alarm to sound an alarm against you. Children of Israel, don`t you fight against Yahweh, the God of your fathers; for you shall not prosper.Nm 23:21 1Sa 4:5-7 Isa 8:10 Zc 10:5 Ro 8:31
But Jeroboam caused an ambush to come about behind them: so they were before Judah, and the ambush was behind them.2Ch 20:22 Jsh 8:4 Pr 21:30 Jer 4:22
When Judah looked back, behold, the battle was before and behind them; and they cried to Yahweh, and the priests sounded with the trumpets.Ex 14:10 Jsh 8:20 Jg 20:33-43 2Sa 10:8-14
Then the men of Judah gave a shout: and as the men of Judah shouted, it happened, that God struck Jeroboam and all Israel before Abijah and Judah.2Ch 20:21 Jsh 6:16 Jsh 6:20 Jg 7:18-22 Ps 47:1 Ps 47:5
The children of Israel fled before Judah; and God delivered them into their hand.Gn 14:20 Dt 2:36 Dt 3:3 Jsh 10:12 Jsh 21:44 Jg 1:4 Jg 11:21 1Sa 23:7

Thus the children of Israel were brought under at that time, and the children of Judah prevailed, because they relied on Yahweh, the God of their fathers.2Ch 16:8 2Ch 16:9 2Ch 20:20 2Ki 18:5 1Ch 5:20 Ps 22:4 Ps 22:5 Ps 146:5 Dn 3:28 Nah 1:7 Eph 1:12
