Galatians chapter 4

Book
Chapter
But I say that so long as the heir is a child, he is no different from a bondservant, though he is lord of all;Ga 4:23 Ga 4:29 Gn 24:2 Gn 24:3 2Ki 10:1 2Ki 10:2 2Ki 11:12 2Ki 12:2
but is under guardians and stewards until the day appointed by the father.
So we also, when we were children, were held in bondage under the elements of the world.Ga 3:19 Ga 3:24 Ga 3:25
But when the fullness of the time came, God sent forth his Son, born to a woman, born under the law,Gn 49:10 Dn 9:24-26 Mal 3:1 Mk 1:15 Ac 1:7 Eph 1:10 Heb 9:10
that he might redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons.Ga 4:21 Ga 3:13 Mt 20:28 Lk 1:68 Ac 20:28 Eph 1:7 Eph 5:2 Col 1:13-20 Tit 2:14 Heb 1:3 Heb 9:12 Heb 9:15 1Pe 1:18-20 1Pe 3:18 Rev 5:9 Rev 14:3
Because you are sons, God sent forth the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, crying, "Abba! Father!"Lk 11:13 Jn 7:39 Jn 14:16 Ro 5:5 Ro 8:15-17 2Co 1:22 Eph 1:13 Eph 4:30
So you are no longer a bondservant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.Ga 4:1 Ga 4:2 Ga 4:5 Ga 4:6 Ga 4:31 Ga 5:1
However at that time, not knowing God, you were in bondage to those who by nature are no gods.Ex 5:2 Jer 10:25 Jn 1:10 Ac 17:23 Ac 17:30 Ro 1:28 1Co 1:21 Eph 2:11 Eph 2:12 Eph 4:18 1Th 4:5 2Th 1:8 1Jn 3:1
But now that you have come to know God, or rather to be known by God, why do you turn back again to the weak and miserable elements, to which you desire to be in bondage all over again?1Ki 8:43 1Ch 28:9 Ps 9:10 Pr 2:5 Jer 31:34 Hab 2:14 Mt 11:27 Jn 17:3 1Co 15:34 2Co 4:6 Eph 1:17 2Pe 2:20 1Jn 2:3 1Jn 2:4 1Jn 5:20
You observe days, months, seasons, and years.Lv 23:1-44 Lv 25:1 Lv 25:13 Nm 28:1-29 Ro 14:5 Col 2:16 Col 2:17
I am afraid for you, that I might have wasted my labor for you.Ga 4:20 2Co 11:2 2Co 11:3 2Co 12:20 2Co 12:21
I beg you, brothers, become as I am, for I also have become as you are. You did me no wrong,Ga 2:14 Ga 6:14 Gn 34:15 1Ki 22:4 Ac 21:21 1Co 9:20-23 Php 3:7 Php 3:8
but you know that because of weakness of the flesh I preached the gospel to you the first time.1Co 2:3 2Co 10:10 2Co 11:6 2Co 11:30 2Co 12:7-10 2Co 13:4
That which was a temptation to you in my flesh, you didn`t despise nor reject; but you received me as an angel of God, even as Christ Jesus.Ga 4:13 Jb 12:5 Ps 119:141 Ec 9:16 Isa 53:2 Isa 53:3 1Co 1:28 1Co 4:10 1Th 4:8
What has become of the blessing you enjoyed? For I testify to you that, if possible, you would have plucked out your eyes and given them to me.Ga 3:14 Ga 5:22 Ga 6:4 Lk 8:13 Ro 4:6-9 Ro 5:2 Ro 15:13
So then, have I become your enemy by telling you the truth?Ga 3:1-4 1Ki 18:17 1Ki 18:18 1Ki 21:20 1Ki 22:8 1Ki 22:27 2Ch 24:20-22 2Ch 25:16 Ps 141:5 Pr 9:8 Jn 7:7 Jn 8:45
They zealously seek you in no good way. No, they desire to alienate you, that you may seek them.Ga 6:12 Ga 6:13 Mt 23:15 Ro 10:2 Ro 16:18 1Co 11:2 2Co 11:3 2Co 11:13-15 Php 2:21 2Pe 2:3 2Pe 2:18
But it is always good to be zealous in a good cause, and not only when I am present with you.Nm 25:11-13 Ps 69:9 Ps 119:139 Isa 59:17 Jn 2:17 1Co 15:58 Tit 2:14 Rev 3:19
My little children, of whom I am again in travail until Christ is formed in you--1Co 4:14 1Ti 1:2 Tit 1:4 Phm 1:10 Phm 1:19 Jm 1:18 1Jn 2:1 1Jn 2:12 1Jn 5:21
but I could wish to be present with you now, and to change my tone, for I am perplexed about you.1Co 4:19-21 1Th 2:17 1Th 2:18 1Th 3:9
Tell me, you that desire to be under the law, don`t you listen to the law?Ga 4:9 Ga 3:10 Ga 3:23 Ga 3:24 Ro 6:14 Ro 7:5 Ro 7:6 Ro 9:30-32 Ro 10:3-10
For it is written that Abraham had two sons, one by the handmaid, and one by the free woman.Gn 16:2-4 Gn 16:15-4 Gn 21:1 Gn 21:2 Gn 21:10
However, the son by the handmaid was born according to the flesh, but the son by the free woman was born through promise.Ro 9:7 Ro 9:8
These things contain an allegory, for these are two covenants. One is from Mount Sinai, bearing children to bondage, which is Hagar.Ezk 20:49 Hos 11:10 Mt 13:35 1Co 10:11 Heb 11:19
Now this Hagar is Mount Sinai in Arabia, and answers to the Jerusalem that exists now, for she is in bondage with her children.Dt 33:2 Jg 5:5 Ps 68:8 Ps 68:17 Heb 12:18
But the Jerusalem that is above is free, which is our mother.Ps 87:3-6 Isa 2:2 Isa 2:3 Isa 52:9 Isa 62:1 Isa 62:2 Isa 65:18 Isa 66:10 Jl 3:17 Mic 4:1 Mic 4:2 Php 3:20 Heb 12:22 Rev 3:12 Rev 21:2 Rev 21:10-27
For it is written, "Rejoice, you barren who don`t bear. Break forth and shout, you that don`t travail. For more are the children of the desolate than of her who has the husband."Isa 54:1-5
Now we, brothers, as Isaac was, are children of promise.Ga 4:23 Ga 3:29 Ac 3:25 Ro 4:13-18 Ro 9:8 Ro 9:9
But as then, he who was born according to the flesh persecuted him who was born according to the Spirit, so also it is now.Gn 21:9
However what does the scripture say? "Throw out the handmaid and her son, for the son of the handmaid will not inherit with the son of the free woman."Ga 3:8 Ga 3:22 Ro 4:3 Ro 11:2 Jm 4:5
Therefore, brothers, we are not children of a handmaid, but of the free woman.Ga 5:1 Ga 5:13 Jn 1:12 Jn 1:13 Jn 8:36 Heb 2:14 Heb 2:15 1Jn 3:1 1Jn 3:2
